I went to this facility recently for the first time. The baking is good. I haven’t tried the pretzels or bread but will do another pop in one day.

A.Ma.Zing. food! My favourite pretzel is the pizza one. Highly recommend! It's awesome! And the apple strudel is very good. The carrot cake is really good too. What makes it so different is that it's not overly sweet like most carrot cake (particularly the icing). It's just right. Which may make it more dangerous? Because then I might eat more than I ought . . . In any case, it's an absolute delight that there is now a Pretzel Shack in Spruce Grove! If you've only thought of going there, don't hesitate, visit!

My Mom and I went there yesterday and received excellent service from a friendly young guy, he got us our order everything was ready to go. The Baked goods were fresh and tasty! I had the Black Forest Cake and would get it again. We are coming back thank you for your great service it made us feel so welcome!

Really delicious pretzels and everything is authentic and fresh. They have some other treats and fresh baked bread that is phenomenal. My pretzel addiction has officially started haha

Never had anything but smashing service and food at this establishment! My daughter is fully obsessed with the cheese pretzels and I have to get her two every Tuesday and there’s nothing left when she’s done. All the treats are delicious and the service has been impeccable. The kind lady, Rebecca I believe, was so kind to my son, who can behave challengingly but she was so sweet and understanding and non judgemental. Now we’re going back on Thursdays too to satisfy my daughters (and husbands) cravings. 10/10 would recommend!!
